After reviewing your request, we will confirm whether it has been approved and provide the appropriate return instructions, including the correct mailing address. Merchandise sent back without prior authorization may be refused.
30-Day Return Period and Item Requirements
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be considered eligible, the drinkware must:
Remain unused and in the condition in which it was delivered
Be returned with all original packaging
Show no signs of use, washing, modification, or damage
Include the order confirmation or another acceptable proof of purchase
WbnznaF™ may decline any return that does not satisfy these requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 📷
Please inspect your order shortly after it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.
Your message should contain:
The order number
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs showing the original packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue
Once the provided information has been reviewed, WbnznaF™ will assist in determining an appropriate resolution.
Merchandise That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may not be accepted for:
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
Products without their original packaging or accessories
Customized or personalized merchandise
Personal-care or hygiene-related products
Gift cards
Clearance and final-sale merchandise
Packages returned without advance approval
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless a refund is required by applicable law or the problem resulted from an error by WbnznaF™.
Exchange Requests 🔄
If you prefer a different drinkware product, the quickest option is to request authorization and return the original item first. After the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the product you want.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Orders
Customers whose orders are delivered within the European Union may have the right to cancel or return a purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without providing an explanation.
To qualify, the merchandise must remain unused, be kept in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Inspection and Refund Processing 💳
After an authorized return reaches us, WbnznaF™ will inspect the merchandise and notify you of the refund decision.
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. WbnznaF™ may require up to 10 business days to process the refund. Additional time may be needed for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.
